This hotel was a great match for a brief hiatus in Sao Paulo with great value for money. The staff was really accommodating when I had to switch rooms due to some pesky ants. Make sure to check the pool schedule before planning your stay.

The location is ideal, just a short walk from Paulista Avenue and surrounded by numerous dining options, including an excellent vegan sushi spot. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a really great breakfast that included delicious sausages. However, the room could use a luggage supporter, and some kitchen utensils would enhance the semi-kitchen setup. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with a very welcoming atmosphere.

The location in Jardins is fantastic! Lots of cozy restaurants nearby made meal choices easy. The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. My bed felt so comfy, like a warm hug, and the cleanliness of the hotel impressed me. However, I experienced a few issues during my stay. The first room had small ants, but the staff quickly relocated me, which I appreciated. The gym wasn't up to standard. the cross-trainer was missing a part, and the bike was out of order. I also found it disappointing that the fitness center and pool closed early on Saturday and didn’t reopen until Monday. I expected better access during my four-night stay.
